Qualifications: MBA in HR

Job Summary:

To design & implement Digital HR Roadmap and work in the area of HR technology, process automation and HR analytics focusing on creating digital processes, data driven decision making and Digital workplace with emerging technology & advance analytics solutions for millennial organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To manage and develop digital HR solutions for large organization with 40,000+ diversified set of employees that includes store (unroll & off roll), manufacturing (Staff / Workmen) and corporate employees across different business units of the organization

2. Making the workplace exciting for the millennial and Gen X workforce which needs digital savvy solutions with which are customized and personalized for them with ease of usage

3. Collaborating with Group, Seam Ex, company's CIO & CDO team for development of unified digital solution for company and creating an integrated architecture where systems/applications are inter-connected

4. Eliminating the redundant and non-value processes from HR team and developing a robotized process to reduce TAT and man-hours consumed in process(s)

5. Continuous enhancement, update and changes in existing HR Applications as per changing employee needs, business scenarios and HR processes & policies.
