Role: AGM-Product Management & Strategy (life insurance)

Job Summary:
- Looking for an experienced product manager from the life insurance industry to lead product design and strategy within the product team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting ideas to viable customer solutions, getting market insights, preparing business cases, ensuring products are implemented according to plan, providing data driven insights by analyze product performance from a benefit realization lens.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the life insurance market, industry trends and customer needs, along with strong analytical, strategic, project management and persuasion skills.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of life insurance product structures, product marketing, product training, product implementation and distribution requirements.
- Ability to create business case, project plan, sales pitch and unique customer value propositions for products/solutions
Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence:
- Stay connected with industry sources to bring market intelligence on real time basis.
- Meet sales team regularly to promote products, train on products, get feedback and understand ground level requirements.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market opportunities, trends, and gaps in product offerings.
Product Strategy:
- Work with Head of Products to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Product Design: Convert ideas into viable customer solutions and value propositions and convert that into concept document with detailed market analysis and pricing position.
Product Implementation: Plan, track and drive product pricing, approvals, decisions, system, process implementation, and roll out.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of products, and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
