We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Product Management to join our dynamic team at Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, you will lead and shape our product strategy, manage a team of product managers, and drive the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge learning management products. As a Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products align with customer needs and market trends while maintaining Cornerstone's commitment to innovation and excellence.

In this role you will...

Product Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, goals, and market demands.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and beyond, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.

Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, and use this information to drive product innovation.

Customer Focus : Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations while enhancing user experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products and solutions.

Roadmap Planning : Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market needs, business objectives, and customer feedback.

Quality Assurance : Ensure the highest quality standards for product delivery, including rigorous testing and quality control processes.

Compliance : Stay informed about industry regulations and standards and ensure that our products adhere to all necessary compliance requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- 10+ Years of proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing software products.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

- Deep understanding of learning management solutions is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

- Strategic thinking, with the ability to create and execute a clear product vision.

- Results-oriented and committed to meeting and exceeding company objectives.

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management tools.
