• Minimum 1 year experience in Volume Hiring/ BPO Hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channel like Naukri /indeed & other job portals.
• Hands on experience in handling end to end recruitment.
• Must be open to connect with Placement officers of colleges.
• Job Location: Kochi Kalamassery.
• Looking for Immediate joiners.
