Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in bulk hiring or mass hiring for healthcare BPO/ITES industry.
  
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes including volume hiring and bulk hiring techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously (hiring managers, candidates, clients).
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient candidate management (e.g., ATS systems).
  
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
