Quality Analyst

We are Hiring For Quality Analyst II Banking Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Quality Transaction Monitoring/Evaluation
• Analysis using QC tools of Individual and group level opportunities
• Reporting at defined frequencies
• Internal and External calibrations
• Responsible for managing quality trends session at weekly level
• Manage Risk based audits
• Identify training need for low performers
• Assisting team leaders in coaching bottom performers

Experience & Education:

• Min 6 months experience in Banking / Financial Services is mandate
• Mandate Customer service background
• Mandate Voice / Chat experience
• Graduates / under graduates with relevant experience
• Yellow Belt preferred
• Effective communication and interaction skills
• Candidates should open and flexible of work in rotational shifts
• 24/7 window any 9 working hours
• 5 days working /2 rotational week off
• Job location :Malad
