Role & responsibilities

Customer Care Executive : Non-Voice

International Process

Handling queries of the customers.

Location - Gurugram Sector-19

Work Mode - From Office

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum qualification must be undergraduate.
  • Freshers can apply. If experienced, minimum of 6 months must be documented.
  • Must have excellent command in spoken english and good communication skills.
  • No Sunday leave requirements.

**Candidates who have MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.

Working Schedule

  • 5 days working with rotational shift and 2 days rotational off.
  • Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
  • Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.

Salary Slab: 30k CTC
