Chat Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat support, email support, and written communication.
  
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (Non Voice).
  
• Strong understanding of chat processes, email support, and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (as per business requirements).
  
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• 12th or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. For UG candidates, minimum 6 months experience required.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

• Strong written communication skills.
