We are looking for Senior Customer Service Representatives for Voice, Non-Voice.

📌 Location: Malad, Mumbai

📌 Shift: 24/7 Rotational (Including Night Shifts)

📌 Workdays: 5 Days a Week (2 Week off)

📌 Salary:

Voice Process: Up to ₹32K Max In-Hand

Chat Process: Up to ₹28K Max In-Hand

Backend: Up to ₹25K Max In-Hand

Important Information for all Job Seeker, All Process Shift Time will be 24/7 Rotational

🛑 Hiring Boundary (Cab Facility):

Western Line: Mira Road to Churchgate

Central Line Candidates: Kindly check the location before applying. (One-Side Cab + Centralized Pickup & Drop)

Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Voice Process: Handle inbound calls for UK/US-based customers and provide accurate solutions.

🔹 Chat Process: Investigate banking fraud transactions and resolve queries via chat.

🔹 Backend Operations: Monitor transactions and assist in fraud investigations on behalf of the bank.
