Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Executive with a proven track record in International Sales to provide exceptional service to our global clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and supporting sales efforts across international markets. This role requires a combination of strong customer service, effective communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent service at all times.
    • Address customer complaints, issues, or product inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalations.
    • Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
  • International Sales:
    • Promote and sell company products/services to international clients, developing relationships to increase business opportunities.
    • Work with sales teams to identify sales opportunities in various global regions and expand customer base.
    • Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer needs, and guide clients through the sales process, closing deals effectively.
    • Ensure the smooth handling of international orders, including dealing with currency, shipping, and cross-border regulations.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on international markets.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
    • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, sales, and inquiries in CRM systems.
    • Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform future strategies.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Stay up-to-date with global market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for penetrating new international markets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of experience in customer care or customer service, ideally with a focus on international clients.
    • Proven experience in international sales, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
    • Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and regulations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with international clients.
    • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries, sales opportunities, and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools.
  • Education:
    • A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Other:
    • Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Flexibility in working across different time zones to cater to international markets.
