Job Overview: Customer Support Executive Blended Process
We are seeking a dedicated, fluent English speaker with exceptional spoken and written communication skills to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Executive. This position is part of our Blended Process, requiring the ability to handle inquiries through multiple channels and make outbound calls during US night hours. The role is ideal for someone with a neutral accent, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Communication:
Handle customer inquiries and support requests through phone, email, text, and chat channels.
Provide clear and concise responses to customer queries to ensure excellent service delivery.
Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls as required, including those made via dialers.
Conduct cold calling when necessary, using provided training and scripts to maintain professionalism.
Professional Correspondence:
Respond to customer emails and chats promptly, ensuring grammatical accuracy and a professional tone.
Shift and Work Structure:
Work a 5-day week on rotational shifts to align with US time zones.
Adapt to a dynamic schedule with flexibility to meet operational requirements.
Key Requirements:
Communication Skills:
Fluency in English with a neutral accent; US, UK, or Australian accents are preferred.
Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of clients.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have graduated or be pursuing graduation in one of the following fields:
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com): Focused on accounting, finance, or taxation.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): Specializing in Finance or Accounting.
Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (BAF): Specializing in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS): With Finance specialization, covering accounting and management principles.
Bachelor of Economics (BEcon): Including financial accounting and business economics.
Additional Skills:
Voice Clarity: Clear voice without a native accent; a professional, engaging tone is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with using dialers, chat tools, and email systems.
Adaptability: Comfortable working night shifts and managing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Work Environment Requirements:
A quiet workspace free from background noise.
Reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 40 Mbps.
Laptop/PC specifications: Minimum 8GB RAM, i5/Ryzen 5 processor or equivalent.
