Job Title: Chat Customer Service Representative

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Shift Pattern: 4/7 Rotational Shifts

• Working Days: 5 Days
• Off Days: 2 Rotational Weekends off
• Both Sides Cabs (depending on the hiring zone)

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Chat Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through online chat support. You will assist in resolving queries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via chat.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with all customers.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.
• Continuously update and maintain customer records in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate (UG) Freshers or UG with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Graduate (Grad) Freshers or Grad with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
