Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support and a knack for providing excellent service. Prior experience in sales will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries through phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about our services, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant services to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work proactively to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns empathetically and professionally.
• Experience in sales or a sales-oriented environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office suite.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
