Role of an HR Intern in an IT Company

Recruitment Support:

• Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.

• Onboarding:
  Helping with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.

• HR Administration:
  
• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

Job Location Chandivli, Mumbai

Office Time : 09:00 am to 6:00 pm
