Job Description


1. Customer query handling:
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving
complaints in a timely and professional manner.
b. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

2. Problem resolution:
a. Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
b. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

3. Documentation & reporting:
a. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
b. Prepare and share reports on customer feedback, frequently raised concerns, and service trends with internal teams.

4. Communication & relationship building:
a. Ensure clear and professional communication in every interaction with customers.
b. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty.

5. Proactive support:
a. Identify patterns in customer concerns and suggest improvements in processes or services to enhance the customer experience.
b. Provide regular updates to management about recurring issues and customer feedback.

6. Reporting & data analysis:
a. Use Microsoft Excel to prepare reports, analyze trends, and track customer support metrics.
b. SQL proficiency is a plus, enabling deeper data analysis and the generation of detailed reports.
