Key Responsibilities


Customer/Reader Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication platforms.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product-related information, including book details, courses, or other offerings.

Order Management

  • Assist customers in placing, tracking, and resolving issues related to book orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

Problem-Solving & Feedback

  • Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance for digital products, subscriptions, or website usage.
  • Collect and document customer feedback for service or product improvement.

Digital Engagement

  • Maintain a professional tone while addressing queries on social media or online forums

Knowledge Building

  • Stay updated with Acharya Prashant's latest books, teachings, and programs to offer accurate information and guidance to customers.

What You Need

  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) to effectively connect with a diverse customer base.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine approach to assist readers and resolve their queries effectively.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Connect with Acharya Prashant teachings: Familiarity with Acharya Prashants teachings or a willingness to deeply engage with his work.

Work Arrangement Details

  • Work Mode: Full-time preferred (Remote or Office-first hybrid)
  • Location: Greater Noida (preference for candidates in the Delhi-NCR region)
