Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team and assist users of our bill payment app. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist users with account setup, payment processing, and troubleshooting issues related to the app.
Provide clear and concise explanations of app features and functionalities.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve app features and services.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and best practices in customer support.
Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address customer concerns and improve the app.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in tech or finance.
Strong understanding of mobile applications and digital payment systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the fintech industry or with bill payment applications.
Basic knowledge of financial transactions and related regulations.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
