Role & responsibilities :

• Customer Support Associate
• Voice Process
• Providing resolution to the customer's problems.
• Rotational shift of 9 hours and 1 rotational week-off
• Salary - 14.5 k - 15 k Ctc

Preferred candidate profile :

• should be fluent in any two languages. (Hindi/Odia/English)
• should be comfortable with rotational shifts
• should be in Kolkata or need to be open to relocate in Kolkata within a week.
