GM/DGM - Operational Excellence & Business Transformation - Manufacturing Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Initiatives & Transformation

- Drive organization-wide business transformation initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop strategies for process optimization.

- Partner with CXO-level stakeholders to design and implement change management frameworks.

2. Operational Excellence

- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement programs.

- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess and enhance operational performance.

- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cost optimization and efficiency.

3. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Build and manage cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives.

- Influence and align stakeholders at all levels to achieve business goals.

4. Digital Transformation

- Champion technology-enabled solutions to improve operational agility.

- Implement digital tools and platforms to streamline workflows and decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Educational Background: MBA from a premier institute (e.g., IIM, XLRI, ISB, or equivalent).

- Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or strategic consulting, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.

- Proven expertise in collaborating with CXO-level executives.

- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.

- Experience in digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
