Job Summary: Responsible for identifying and pursuing New Business opportunities for Transmission Line and Substation EPC Projects in CIS.
Key Accountabilities Duty Statements:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads in target markets through various channels. Nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that leads are moved through the sales pipeline.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential customers. Analyze competitor strategies and market conditions to adjust business development efforts.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Lead presentations, proposals, and meetings with prospective clients to secure business.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to foster trust and secure new business.
- Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation: Leading the preparation of proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing orders.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners. Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products or services based on client feedback.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking: Regularly report on business development activities, opportunities, and results to senior management. Track performance metrics, sales figures, and market trends to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
