- Position: Manager - Business Development (Base Building & Construction)

- Location: Mumbai Suburbs/Navi Mumbai/Thane

- Experience: 4-6 years post-qualification

- Qualification: BE Civil/MBA

Responsibilities:

- Drive business development for base building and construction projects.

- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, and stakeholders.

- Manage projects from concept to completion stages.

- Identify market opportunities and engage with corporate clients and consultants.

- Travel extensively within MMRDA and beyond for business purposes.

Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of commercial and residential construction.

- Prior experience with IPCs is preferred.
