Construction Manager - Consulting Firm (MBB) - Contractual

Our client, a global consulting firm (MBB), is looking for a consultant to support them on a Large Capital Program Management project ongoing in Hyderabad & Gurgaon. They are looking for someone with prior experience in managing large construction projects.

The project involves the construction of real estate assets, and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large capex projects such as industrial parks, wastewater treatment plants, or residential construction developments

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and refining project schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.

- Analyzing construction drawings and providing support for margin improvement, cost reduction, and adherence to PMO timelines.

- Facilitating planning and scheduling workshops.

- Assisting in the implementation of digital solutions for large-scale project management.

- Coordinating cross-functional efforts among key stakeholders, including the Project Team, Project Management Consultant (PMC), Design Team, and subcontractors.

- Maintaining daily coordination with the PMC and subcontractors to ensure on-time project execution.

- Establishing and managing governance frameworks, conducting reviews, monitoring key metrics, and preparing detailed reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 5-10 years of experience managing large capex projects, such as industrial parks, wastewater treatment plants, or residential construction, within engineering, construction, or real estate firms.

- Expertise: Background in engineering/construction or prior experience as a project management consultant for construction projects.

- Education: A postgraduate degree from a top-tier university is mandatory.

This is a contractual role with an initial duration of 12 months. The consultant will be required to work on-site in Hyderabad five days a week
