Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned Credit Card Campaign Manager to lead their campaign management and fulfilment initiatives. This critical role offers the opportunity to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities : The Credit Card Campaign Manager will oversee end-to-end campaign activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Campaign Management:
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost credit card acquisition and usage.
- Develop promotional mechanics, including offers, cashback, and seasonal rewards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Product, and creative/media teams to ensure campaign success.
- Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and ROI analysis.
Fulfillment Coordination:
- Manage the delivery of campaign promises such as cashback, gifts, and rewards.
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Develop robust systems for SLA tracking and issue resolution.
- Address customer service queries and escalations related to campaigns.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and actionable recommendations.
- Enhance segmentation strategies and refine measurement frameworks to improve acquisition pipelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Partner with IT, Analytics, and Marketing teams to implement data-driven and personalized campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Propose innovative campaign ideas and fulfillment mechanisms.
- Implement personalization across digital campaigns, CRM platforms, mobile apps, and web assets.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of credit card products, payment systems, and marketing dynamics.
- Proven expertise in campaign management, project management, and vendor coordination.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI measurement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and campaign management tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in credit card marketing or campaign management.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
