Job Description:


- To spearhead achievement of third party product business though team of Investment Counsellors.


Responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities:

- To spearhead achievement of third party product business though team of Investment Counsellors. The primary responsibility of the Head - Investment Counsellor is to drive third party product business through Investment Cousellors/Relationship Managers/City Heads who are responsible for cross-selling / up-selling / to the existing customer base of Sharekhan ONE as well as acquiring new customers for the organization.


- Along with driving the business he will also facilitate the product level tie-ups with the third party vendors and provide the marketing/product level support to the team in achieving the business. The Head - Investment Counsellor will report to the Segment Head.

Contributing Responsibilities:

- Managing PCG Investment Counsellor Team pan India.

- Ownership of the Alternate Product Sales Investment Target.

- Ensuring growth of AUM's as per objective set.

- Work with Fund houses and central support team on product positioning.

- Penetration of existing client base for creating new investors in MF/Investments from existing client base.

- Ensuring better client experience both by qualitative and quantitative interventions.

- Assist in investment portfolio asset allocation of customers.

- Portfolio Monitoring/Review.

- Coach RM & IC teams on latest products.

- Conduct Market and Product update calls for ICs & RMs on regular basis.

- Regular interaction with the product providers for product updates, market feedback etc and internally communicate the same.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies:

- 10 years of work experience in the financial services industry and relevant regulatory certifications.

- Well aware about the diverse investment products and well updated with the market information.

- Ability to co-ordinate with different teams.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret business information.

- Strong communication & written skills.

- Fluency in local language is an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and team management skills.

- Should be a good team leader.

- Highly self -motivated.

- Willingness to learn and adapt.

Specific Qualifications (if required):

- Post Graduate or MBA

- NISM Certification
