Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of existing client portfolios and on-board new HNI clients.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with clients (HNI/UHNI/Family Offices).
- Develop and implement sales strategies within the private wealth segments, such as UHNI and HNI segments, encompassing PMS, AIF, MF, equity, and alternative investments.
- Harness marketing and other tools to enhance sales and client relationships.
- Ensure client retention and expand wallet share.
- Utilize financial expertise and investment acumen to review client data, align client needs with risk profiles and investment goals, and provide superior service to enhance the overall client experience.
- Concentrate on business development across assets and fees to sustain growth in relationship value, revenues, and improved client retention.
- Achieve product-specific targets and cross-sell products based on demographic, lifestyle, and risk profiling to help clients achieve short-term and long-term investment objectives.
- Adhere to KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and industry legislation.
- Maintain comprehensive customer profiles encompassing risk assessments, demographics, investment horizons, and return expectations.
- Capitalize on Dolat's research capabilities, establishing synergies to continuously identify opportunities for clients.
- Stay informed about available investment opportunities in the market as approved by the Research Team.
- Establish and mentor a team of entrepreneurial Wealth Advisors to build the P&L for the region, actively participate in Product committee discussions, and explore various channels for business growth (e.g., B2B referrals).
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years private banking experience across leading Private Banks, AMCs & other wealth platforms
- Ability to manage relationships, wealth advisory & increase the investment book for new & existing Clients.
- Aptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organisational and interpersonal skills. Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of Team Handling and performance appraisals is a Key requirement.
