Role: Private Banker/ RM (Relationship Manager)

Salary: Depend on the experience and book size-25 Crore and Above.

Location: Pan India

Core Purpose of the Role:

Client Engagement:

- Build & manage the HNI/ UHNI clients (individuals and corporates) advising them on all investment and financial needs.

- Enhancement of portfolio size and wallet share of existing customers with strict adherence to compliance.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Effectively communicate the organizations value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Provide regular value-added engagement with client.

- Generating Revenue and Business Development.

- Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume Targets.

- Ensure optimal Product Penetration including fee based advisory.

- Monitor and Drive consistent business with Clients.

- Maintain the Market Mapping for each client.

- Proactively source, acquire and expand high value customer relationship by maximizing sales and service opportunities.

- Builds an active internal network, to drive superior multi-channel/market service offering/delivery, thereby creating new opportunities with existing and/or new client.
