Job Description

Job Summary:

Everest Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Excellence to drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's performance across all functions. The Head of Business Excellence will lead efforts to implement industry-leading practices, improve operational efficiency, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver sustainable growth. This individual will be responsible for championing key business excellence programs and transforming the organization through the application of best practices in lean management, Six Sigma, process optimization, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the company's Business Excellence strategy.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business excellence objectives with the overall organizational goals.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Set the vision for process optimization, innovation, and customer-focused strategies.

Process Improvement:

- Lead and support the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

- Drive business process redesign and improvement initiatives across all functions, including operations, sales, supply chain, and finance.

- Ensure the systematic identification, prioritization, and elimination of process inefficiencies.

Project Management and Execution:

- Oversee critical business excellence projects and ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and impact.

- Manage cross-functional teams for executing business improvement projects and facilitate knowledge transfer across functions.

- Monitor and track performance metrics to measure project success and make data-driven decisions.

Change Management:

- Lead change management efforts associated with business excellence initiatives and improvements.

- Promote and embed a mindset of change within the workforce to ensure effective implementation and acceptance of new processes and methodologies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.

Training and Development:

- Develop and implement training programs to build business excellence capabilities within the organization.

- Lead the development of internal resources for Six Sigma certifications and other process improvement training.

- Coach and mentor teams to implement continuous improvement principles effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

- Foster a collaborative and supportive relationship with all departments to drive the adoption of best practices in business excellence.

- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and external partners.

- Provide insights and strategic advice to leadership on business performance and operational challenges.

Innovation and Best Practices:

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in business excellence.

- Drive innovation in processes, technology, and customer service to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

Experience:

- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in business excellence, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, or related roles.

- Proven track record in driving large-scale business transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), and other business excellence frameworks.

- Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a focus on collaboration.

- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to influence and manage change in a complex business environment.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Data-driven mindset and expertise in performance metrics and analysis.

Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean certification, or equivalent preferred.
