About Ascensus (India) :

We have loans and distributions, Compliance (DC) and Defined Benefit Process in India currently. We are also looking to grow in other departments as well.

Experience : 15+ years in process improvement, automation, AI/ML implementation, and driving organizational change.

Role Overview:
- We are seeking a visionary Director of Process Excellence to lead and drive our organization's transformation journey.
- This leadership role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, next generation automation tools, and process mining capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will have a transformative mindset, strategic vision, and the ability to ignite a culture of process excellence while serving as a change agent for innovation and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the process excellence strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives leveraging AI/ML and next-generation automation tools.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on process improvement and transformation opportunities.
- Lead large-scale process transformation initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Process Excellence & Transformation:
- Champion a culture of process excellence across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Develop and deploy frameworks for process mining and optimization using advanced tools and methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to redesign processes for scalability and efficiency.
AI/ML & Next-Gen Automation:
- Apply AI/ML capabilities to uncover actionable insights and optimize business processes.
- Drive adoption of automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with technology teams to evaluate, implement, and scale next-gen solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in automation, AI, and digital tools to future-proof processes.
Change Management & Culture Building:
- Act as a change agent to foster adoption of AI/ML and other advanced technologies.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in process improvement, automation, AI/ML, and organizational transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in process mining tools, AI/ML models, and next-gen automation technologies.
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects.
Skills:
- Strategic and transformative mindset with the ability to align processes to business goals.
- Expertise in process mining, Lean Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of AI/ML applications and emerging technology trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-driven approach.
