About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Head who is hands-on with Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a strong focus on demand generation across marketplaces. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive growth, maximize ROI, and improve customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive demand and increase conversions across Amazon, TikTok, and other marketplaces.
Amazon Advertising: Manage and optimize Sponsored Ads (PPC), DSP campaigns, and other Amazon ad formats to maximize sales and visibility.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Create and optimize high-performing ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
TikTok Ads: Leverage TikTok's ad platform to run engaging and ROI-driven campaigns for brand awareness and direct sales.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, test creatives, optimize bidding strategies, and refine targeting to improve efficiency.
Budget Management: Allocate and optimize marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns.
A/B Testing: Run experiments on ad creatives, audience segmentation, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and make informed marketing decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and marketplace teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3-6 years in performance marketing, specializing in Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Marketplace Expertise: Hands-on experience in running demand-generation campaigns on Amazon, TikTok, and other e-commerce platforms.
Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising Console, and Meta Business Manager.
Paid Media Expertise: Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad optimization techniques.
Creative & Experimentation: Ability to test different ad formats, messaging, and targeting to improve performance.
Proactive & Results-Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
