Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets to uncover insights that drive marketing strategy. While prior experience in paid digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and RFM marketing programs is preferred, the ability to quickly learn and master these functions is more important.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Analyze and interpret paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize performance and ROI.
- Track and measure organic and paid social media performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate email marketing campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing spend and customer engagement.
- Implement and optimize RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) marketing programs to segment customers and drive targeted marketing strategies.
RFM Marketing & Customer Segmentation
- Utilize RFM modeling to analyze customer behavior and identify high-value segments.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns based on RFM insights to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
- Work with CRM and email marketing platforms to execute personalized customer engagement programs.
- Continuously refine RFM segmentation criteria to improve campaign effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze large marketing datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports to visualize marketing performance using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize marketing strategies.
- Identify key customer segments and trends to enhance targeting and personalization.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Optimization
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies based on data insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, marketing tools, and algorithm changes across platforms.
- Evaluate competitors marketing strategies to identify opportunities and gaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Python (preferred).
- Experience with or ability to learn Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Webengage or Netcore etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation techniques, including RFM modeling.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and marketing automation tools to implement RFM-based campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and attribution modeling.
Marketing Knowledge & Adaptability
- Strong interest in digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Ability to quickly learn and master marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
Soft Skills
- Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing (a plus).
- Prior experience working with RFM models, predictive analytics, and personalization strategies.
