Azure Infrastructure Engineer (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary/ Job Opportunity :

We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in programming and expertise in Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex cloud environments using Azure Bicep and PowerShell scripting. Position : Azure Infrastructure Engineer - Automation & Provisioning

Location : Gurugram/ Noida

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure solutions for complex projects.

- Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using Azure Bicep and automate processes using PowerShell.

- Implement end-to-end automation workflows, ensuring scalable and secure cloud environments.

- Troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure deployments for performance and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and integrate with existing systems.

- Ensure best practices in cloud governance, security, and compliance.

- Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cloud infrastructure and automation processes.

Key Capabilities and Competencies :

- Experience with other automation tools or scripting languages.

- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualification and Experience :

- Minimum 6+ years of total experience, with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in Azure infrastructure.

- Strong programming background, with knowledge in scripting languages.

- Proven experience in complex automation tasks using Azure Bicep and PowerShell.

Skills & Expertise :

- Strong expertise in Azure infrastructure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Azure Bicep and PowerShell scripting.

- Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using PowerShell and Azure Bicep.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

Certifications : Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.) are required.

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
