Role Description:
As a Partner Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential partners on our platform. Your role will focus on building a strong pipeline of partners, developing acquisition strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position requires a mix of sales, business development, and strategic relationship-building skills to help drive growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-potential sellers and exporters for global e-commerce
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive lead generation efforts
- Build strong relationships with potential partners and communicate value proposition effectively
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, category management, and operations) to optimize partner success
- Monitor and analyze key acquisition metrics, continuously refining strategies for better conversion rates
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and cross-border e-commerce opportunities to enhance partner acquisition strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner acquisition, preferably in e-commerce or B2B SaaS
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of acquiring and onboarding partners
- Experience in consultative selling and ability to articulate business value to potential partners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
