The BD Lead will play a key role in expanding the marketplace by identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential brands and sellers. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business development skills to drive partnerships and ensure a robust and diverse supply network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Outreach: Proactively identify and approach potential brands and sellers to join the Xneeti platform.
2. Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term collaboration.
3. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to refine acquisition strategies.
4. Onboarding & Growth Support: Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into Xneeti's ecosystem.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor supply-side performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and tech) to enhance the seller experience.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience: 3-7 years in business development, partnerships, or sales within e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
2. Networking & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage and persuade high-potential sellers and brands.
3. Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven decision-making skills to optimize supply acquisition strategies.
4. Startup Agility: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
