Lead - Ecommerce:
- The Lead - E Commerce will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for our online store.
- This includes spearheading sales, managing inventory, coordinating shipments and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- The Lead will play a crucial role in optimizing website's functionality, developing marketing strategies and analyzing sales data to identify areas of improvement and actioning the solutions.
Responsibilities:
Driving Sales:
- Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals
- Daily & monthly sales planning and delivery
- Responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, Upsell, Cross sell and other KPIs
- Plan and execute campaigns and manage website content to align with monthly promotions, seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategy
Brand & Category Revenue & Margin Performance:
- Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance
- Collaborate with marketing & category to plan and execute campaigns across platforms and take corrective actions to stay on course of the plan
- Drive platform revenue through growth initiatives, discounting, customer segmentation, offers and increased efficiency
Customer Experience and Retention:
- Develop processes and procedures to drive customer retention
- Analyse user experience across channels and touch points through web analytics and determine potential improvements
- Ability to lead and drive agenda with cross functional teams
Skills:

- Highly proficient in use if Excel, SQL, R/ Python
