Position: Customer Service Associate (Immediate Joiners)

Location: Airoli (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone support
• Upsell services to customers when applicable
• Follow customer service processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Multitask, prioritize, and organize work effectively

Qualifications:

• Freshers: HSC or Graduate with excellent communication skills
• Experienced: Minimum 6 months in customer service or a similar role
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹28,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: ₹3500
• Performance Incentives: ₹0 to ₹2,750
• Rotational Shifts: 24/7 Shift including night shift with 2 rotational offs

Eligibility:

• Candidates should be residing within the designated travel boundaries (Sion to Dombivli, Wadala to Panvel)
• Pursuing candidates are not eligible
• Some specified railway stations have a cut off of 1.5 kilometers Panvel,
• Kalyan and Dadar station
• Only candidates residing within the designated travel boundaries can apply
