We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable functions, ensuring that all company expenses are processed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment of vendor bills.
• Manage accounts payable transactions in a clear and accurate manner.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Ensure that all invoices are approved according to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
• Handle vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GST and other tax-related processes for accounts payable.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve payment issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure all documents are properly filed and organized.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Tally) and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of tax-related matters, including GST.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Experience in managing high volumes of accounts payable transactions.
• Prior experience in accounting software systems like Tally is highly desirable.
