Civil Surveyor (Site)

Role & responsibilities :

Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction site surveys using Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, and Auto Level.

Prepare and interpret site layouts, drawings, and survey reports to assist in project planning and execution.

Ensure accurate marking and measurement of land boundaries, structures, and levels as per project requirements.

Verify alignment, elevations, and dimensions for earthworks, foundation layouts, and structural elements.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to provide precise survey data for execution.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local land regulations.

Utilize AutoCAD, GIS, and surveying software for mapping, layout preparation, and documentation.

Monitor and maintain surveying equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.

Assist in preparing technical reports, calculations, and progress updates for the project team.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures on-site

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in surveying instruments Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, Auto Level
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and survey data processing software
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate measurements
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with site teams
• Ability to work in challenging site conditions
