Accounts Payable (Vendor Reconcilation)

Job Description:

• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure all transactions, invoices, and payments are accurately recorded
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor invoices and payments, collaborating with vendors and internal teams as needed.  
• Prepare and present reconciliation reports and analysis to management, highlighting any issues, trends, or opportunities for improvement.  
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all reconciliations, payment records, and communication with vendors.  
• Ensure all reconciliations comply with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
