Hiring For Process Trainer

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in process training within the Telecom BPO industry.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with telecom services and BPO operations, as well as CRM and call center software/tools.
• Training Skills: Experience in conducting training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with employees at all levels.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and handle dynamic training environments.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve training-related challenges effectively.
• Certifications: Certification in Training and Development (e.g., ISTD, ATD) is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships within the organization.
