Preferred candidate from UK Commercial/Business banking, AML/KYC/Loans & Mortgages / Completions

• Banking experience is must.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and engage a diverse audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• Adaptable and able to adjust training methods to meet the needs of different audiences.
• Patient, empathetic, and supportive when working with learners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions or projects.
