Process Trainer II International

We are hiring for Process trainer II Banking

We will need colleagues with experience in UK Commercial/Business banking, AML/KYC/Loans & Mortgages / Completions

• Banking experience is must.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and engage a diverse audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Ability to assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions or projects.

• Open to work in rotational shift
• 5 days working/2 rotational off
