Assistant Training Manager

EOSGlobe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Assistant Manager to oversee the training and development of our customer service process team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a solid BPO background, passionate about driving performance and achieving excellence in training.

Job Profile: Training Assistant Manager (Customer Service Process + Sales)
Location: Noida
Seats Managed: 200-300
Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• BPO experience is a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Assistant Manager (preferably with a healthcare background)
• Hands-on experience in Inbound and Outbound processes
• Project management experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Projects)
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Ability to deploy a wide variety of training methods (traditional and modern)
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve training programs to ensure effectiveness
