Job Opportunity: Sales Executive.- Freshers are considered.

Key Details:

Role: Personal Loan Tele sales Executive

Shift Timing: General day shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Salary: Up to ₹14,500 in-hand (including incentives)

Bonus: Double pay for working on your weekly off (Sunday)

Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass), freshers welcomed

Work Location: Thane

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation

Convert leads into sales by identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Handle objections effectively and resolve customer concerns during the sales process.

4. Data and Record Management

Update and maintain customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Track and follow up on leads systematically to maximize conversion rates.

5. Compliance and Process Adherence

Ensure all calls and sales processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics during customer interactions.

6. Team Collaboration

Work closely with team members and share best practices to improve overall performance.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

7. Performance Incentives

Strive to maximize personal sales to earn performance-based incentives.
