Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our business development efforts in the domestic BPO sector. As VP of Business Development, you will identify growth opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and steer revenue generation to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  
• Lead and manage the business development team to achieve revenue goals.
  
• Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
  
• Identify emerging trends in the domestic BPO sector and align business strategies accordingly.
  
• Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  
• Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  
• Prepare and present performance reports and market analyses to the leadership team.
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in businessd development in the domestic BPO industry (12+ years).
  
• Strong understanding of the domestic BPO landscape, trends, and challenges.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and drive teams.
  
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a results-driven approach.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
