Role Description:
Job Title: Sales Team Leader.
About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales agents in our BPO operations.
- The role involves meeting sales targets, managing shrinkage and attrition, and ensuring high call quality.
- You will be responsible for motivating the team, providing coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of sales agents in a BPO environment.
- Drive team performance towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Implement effective strategies to minimize team attrition and shrinkage.
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a BPO setting.
- Proven expertise in managing shrinkage and attrition within a team.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's/master's Degree.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 9 AM to 8 PM.
