Job Title: BPO Sales Trainer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic BPO Sales Trainer to join our team in Sakinaka. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs aimed at improving the performance of our BPO sales team. You will work closely with sales managers and agents to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for sales agents, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer handling, and call handling.
Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires, ensuring they are ready to hit the ground running.
Monitor the performance of trainees, providing feedback and additional coaching where needed.
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and modules.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Track and report on the progress of sales agents performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to identify skills gaps and training needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends, sales techniques, and BPO best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of BPO sales processes and best practices.
Ability to create and deliver training materials tailored to different learning styles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle various training challenges.
Experience with training tools and software .
Certification in training or sales is a plus.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in BPO or similar environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Knowledge of CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
