- Strong martech and fintech background, possessing hands-on expertise in managing fintech applications, optimizing user experiences, and driving engagement.

- A solid understanding of financial products and services is an added advantage, enabling to design user-centric solutions that align with market demands.

- Product Strategy & Management: Define and execute product roadmaps to meet customer needs and business objectives.

- Fintech & Martech Integration: Leverage and optimize tools like CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, UserExperior, and other martech solutions for user engagement and performance tracking.

- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Set up dashboards and track key performance metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles using tools like Azure DevOps for task tracking and collaboration.

- Market Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the fintech and martech domains.
