Job Description :

- Handle on-ground operations, execute store openings, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance and timelines.

- Catchment Analysis, Site Feasibility, Financial Modelling, Deal Structuring and end to end transaction management.

- Creating current and future pipeline as per lease plan.

- Research and report on competitive Leasing and market trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas.

- Shortlisting any upcoming developments with ideal brand mix.

- Continuously researching new market trends.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of lease pipeline.

- Support and Coordinate with internal stakeholder teams.

Legal: to ensure timely closure of paperwork (imp).

Projects: Follow up for timely new store openings as per lease terms.

Finance: Timely payments to vendors as per agreements.
