Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Define and execute the product strategy for unsecured platforms.

- Align product vision with business goals and market needs.

- Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

- Product Strategy & Development, Co-lending Partnership & Execution, Growth, Retention & Engagement, Growth, Retention & Engagement, Risk & Compliance Management, Stakeholder Management & Leadership.

Product Development & Execution:

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to build scalable products and Ensure a seamless user experience for lending products with a tech-driven approach.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in unsecured lending and Identify gaps and opportunities for product innovation.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, compliance, marketing, and operations.

- Communicate product vision and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Tech & Data-Driven Approach:

- Leverage data analytics, AI/ML, and alternative credit scoring models to improve lending decisions.

- Drive automation and API-based integrations for seamless digital lending experiences.

Regulatory & Compliance Adherence:

- Ensure all products comply with financial regulations and internal risk policies.

- Work with legal and compliance teams to manage regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership & Growth:

- Build and mentor a high-performing product team and Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
