Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Head of NBFC Solutions expert to lead our lending management system (LMS) and fintech product development initiatives. This strategic role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle-from requirements gathering and development to testing and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in the non-banking financial company (NBFC) sector and a strong foundation in testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Development: Lead the development and management of LMS and fintech products tailored for the NBFC sector.

- Lifecycle oversight: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring effective specification collection, development, testing, and ongoing support.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure products align with client needs and business objectives.

- Domain expertise: Utilize deep expertise in the NBFC sector to inform product strategy and drive innovation.

- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, highlighting the testing process and quality assurance measures taken.

- Market Insight: Stay informed about the NBFC landscape, including regulatory requirements and market trends, to effectively communicate testing outcomes to clients.

- Team Management: Manage and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in product development, with a strong foundation in testing and NBFC domain expertise. Candidates should have started their careers in testing with exposure to pre-sales activities.

- Technical Skills: familiarity with testing tools and methodologies; knowledge of financial products and services in the NBFC sector.

- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing requirements and translating them into test cases.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in pre-sales or business development roles within the financial services sector.

- Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
